These Terms govern your use of robodib.com and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively "the Platform"), operated by RoboDIB, Bangalore, India. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided in good faith. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or pricing mistakes, with a full refund.
Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
You may return undamaged, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Components that have been soldered, modified, or damaged by use cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
The Component Map enables peer-to-peer trading between users. RoboDIB is not a party to these transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of listings posted by users.
Users must not list counterfeit, stolen, or restricted components. We may remove listings and ban users who violate this rule.
All disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties. RoboDIB may facilitate but is not obligated to mediate.
AI features (inventory parsing, circuit suggestions, map search) are provided as-is. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
All content on the Platform (logos, designs, text, software) is owned by or licensed to RoboDIB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Inventory data and component listings you create remain yours. By storing them on the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to display and process them to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoboDIB's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
