What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via Razorpay. We do not accept cash on delivery for orders above ₹2,000.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Email robodib@pyloom.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID. Unopened, undamaged items are eligible for a full refund.

How does AI inventory parsing work?

Paste a list of components (invoice text, BOM, or freeform descriptions) and our Gemini-powered parser extracts name, quantity, part number, category, and more automatically. You can edit before saving.

Is my inventory data private?

Yes, by default your inventory is private. You can share individual collections with specific people by email, or make them public with a shareable link.

Can I import from a spreadsheet?

Not yet via direct file upload, but you can copy-paste CSV text into the AI input and it will parse it correctly. Spreadsheet import is on our roadmap.

What is the Component Map?

The Component Map lets you publish your available inventory so other makers nearby can request components from you — a P2P marketplace for the maker community.

How do I publish my components to the map?

In your inventory, click the map pin icon on any item (or select multiple and use Bulk Publish). Your listing will appear on the public map for other makers to find.

How does a request work?

Another user clicks your listing and sends you a message request. You'll get a notification (and an email). If you accept, a private chat opens where you can coordinate pickup or delivery.

Is trading via the map free?

Yes — RoboDIB doesn't take a commission. The map is a free community feature. Pricing and terms of individual trades are between the two parties.

Can I remove a listing?

Yes, go to your inventory, find the item, and click the map pin icon again to unpublish. The listing will be immediately removed from the map.

What materials do you print in?

PLA, PLA+, and matte PLA. PETG and ABS available on request. All prints use 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layer height by default.

What file formats do you accept?

STL and 3MF files. Make sure your model is watertight (no holes in the mesh). We'll notify you if the file has issues.

How long does a print take?

Most small parts (under 100g) are ready same-day if ordered before 11 AM. Larger prints are ready within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer post-processing?

Basic support removal and light sanding is included. Painting, priming, and vapour smoothing are available for an additional charge.

How do I sign in?

We use passwordless OTP sign-in. Enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, enter it — you're in. No password to remember or reset.

How do I delete my account?

Email robodib@pyloom.com with your registered email address. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
